Who benefits from the massive Obamacare cost overruns? Future taxpayers will face crushing bills while today's big hospitals, big insurance companies, and big federal and state bureaucracies make out like bandits. No, not "like" bandits ... they are worse than thieves, who at least usually admit that they are stealing. "A study last year from economists at Harvard, Dartmouth, and MIT found that Medicaid enrollees value program benefits at only between 20 to 40 cents for each dollar of spending.
