REALITY CHECK: From the state budget agreement just released, here are some numbers. Percentages compare to the current (fiscal 2016 revised) budget. Oklahoma Health Care Authority - 9.24%!i(MISSING)ncrease Dept. of Mental Health & Substance Abuse - 2.18%!i(MISSING)ncrease Dept. of Human Services - 2.57%!i(MISSING)ncrease Dept. of Education - 0.62%!i(MISSING)ncrease Yes, there are plenty of cuts, including to obvious lower priorities like the State Arts Council, OETA, and the Dept. of Tourism.
