"Making a struggling program bigger isn't the same as making it stronger, and expansion could actually amplify state government's financial challenges." Good editorial, worth reading in full at the link below. It's one more reason to say "No way" to the so-called "Medicaid Rebalancing Act" being pushed at the state capitol.
