The Obamacare Medicaid shuffle (pushing states to expand the program in exchange for state politicians accepting federal dollars, adding to the federal debt and tricking some citizens into believing in "free" money) has come back to Oklahoma. It's called "Medicaid Rebalancing," but it's the same old game of bigger government, more debt, and more dependence.
